Switch 2 would probably be the Tegra X3 or X4 or whatever the equivalent to that is I would think. That would likely bring them on par with XB1/PS4. 

Tegra X1 - 500 GFLOP (394 GFLOP effective)

Tegra X2 - 1 TFLOP (788 GFLOP effective?)

Tegra X3 - 2 TFLOP (1.57 TFLOP effective)
