It already is a full browser, Nintendo just decided to put in a hardcoded DNS for whatever reason. You can access just about any website you like with this neat little trick here: http://wololo.net/2017/03/05/release-dnswitch-utility-hijack-nintendo-switch-browser/

Youtube won't work though.
