I get what you're saying. All I'm saying is that in reality most smokers don't behave the way you do. I've been surrounded by smokers my entire life. Hell my parents smoked so much they almost killed me (according to the doctor). I think stricter rules would be better.

Ok than, sorry for my overreaction. I think I got a bit carried away with my post. And yes I do agree. Stricter rules and regulations are a good way to handle the sittuation on a global scale, and there are most deffinatly places where smoking should be considered a criminal offense and fines should be handed, no doubt. Especially when children are involved. Even tough we have an age restriction for smoking unfortunatly few shops actually enforce it :-|
