I do. I think it's a theory that has enriched our understanding of life's history to an incredible degree.

What confuses me is the refusal to accept evolution during the last 50000 years. We have adapted to our environments and developed different skill sets as a result of where we evolved. These traits are then passed on through our genes to our children.

People seem scared to mention this out of fear of being labelled racist, but there are biological differences between people whose ancestors lived in different environments. Otherwise we would all just be clones of one another.

As we uncover more alleles in the human genome I think we'll gain a better understanding of the small ways in which humans have evolved in the last 50 millennia.
