Come on you've gotta beleive. Plus if my theory is correct and NOE is the one doing it then it may take significantly less time. I think the hope purpose of letting 8-4 go was to get a bigger, faster localization team.

More than likely it would have both subtitles and dubs like the first Xenoblade game.
