I'm pretty sure music changes overall based on region. As for combat, I'm not too sure. We will probably have to wait and see 

To have the same combat music everytime you fight is kind of stupid. Always hated that in games...

 

I think the worst was Xenoblade X. What a nightmare that fighting song was. Having someone singing made it a lot worse..
