I just wanted to say that the big surprise of the season for me is Kemono Friends. It's just really delightful and I've found myself looking forward to the next episode as much as anything else. Not only is it cute and hilarious at the same time, but the voice actresses sound like they're having a blast. An even bigger surprise is that it was one of the most interesting stories this season. It reminds me a bit of Shoujo Apocalypse Adventure, with a rather mellow take on a post-apocalyptic world.
The owl girls were so adorable. Tsuchinoko-chan, though, was just awesome.

She was a lot of fun in Binbougami ga!, which I thought was strangely under-rated.
Favorite would probably be Roku from D-frag or Marimo from Teekyuu, though.
