EA never misses an oppotunity to get PR. I mean let's think about it. Ubisoft just gets bashed by the general Wii userbase for titles that aren't living up to their expectations. What's a good competitor's next move? Use that to your advantage. Start hyping up to the Wii owners that you are for them and talk about you have done it and are doing it now. Smart move by EA.
Lot of the EA sports titles, even before that, are going to go platinum on Wii. Because games like FIFA 08, Madden 08, and Tiger Woods 08 almost went platinum already. 09 versions are almost definite.
Good call EA. Someone give their PR guy a bonus.
