Nintendo games don't have much high resolution textures and other assets are usually kept to a minimum compared to games like GTA V, The Witcher 3, or Uncharted 4. They also don't make use of voice acting as much (if at all, in certain cases), so there aren't much lossless audio files in their games, nor do they make extensive use of pre-rendered videos.

Using tons of prerendered video is a massive waste of space in this day and age, now that realtime graphics are more than good enough.

Uncompressed audio/assets is also pretty wasteful as 99% of people wouldn't even notice a bit of mild good quality compression.

I'm pretty sure most AAA current gen games could be considerably reduced in size without significant detriment if the devs could be bothered.
