Both leaks have issues but only one is backed by official details and confimations some of which are impossible to guess so that by far makes it far more reliable especially when EG confirmed themselves the info they had was months old.

The 300/500 part comes from the leaked developer dump which itself is backed by the video of the early released Switch unit which was confiscated but also from developers who have confirmed it, the leak had Switch at 1TF which is most likely 16 which would put the platform at 500GF when at 32, both of of these leaks have confimations behind them EG does not which puts them way above the latter in being more legit.
