Whatever you're looking at is likely someone mistakenly talking about the half-precision floating point operations, according to the clock speeds released in the Eurogamer leak Switch is 150GFlops undocked, 400GFlops docked. Its an underclocked Tegra X1 which is a 0.5TF chip.

The Eurogamer leak has been debunked and for over month now at best it was outdated information of an early devkit EG themselves said they had the information for months before releasing it, the Foxconn leak and developer dump are the most legit leaks backed by official details we know they have the platform at around 500GF docked and 300GF portable at 32, at 16 the developer dump has the platform at 1TF.

Both leaks have their issues, the Foxconn leak for example while getting a hell of a lot right also claims a 4g version, which may pan out. But they also claim there is an "advanced" switch that Nintendo have produced 2000 devkits of, a version that is apparently "more powerful than the ps4 pro."

We'll hopefully find out in a couple of weeks either way. There's a lot of skepticism surroudning the foxconn leak, Eurogamer hasn't been debunked.
