For PS 4 yes probably but I dont see any reason for Xbox One, 2017 is not bigger than 2016 for it ( éven worse than 2016 id say since no Big AAA seller like Gears 4/Quantum Break ) and i doubt Scorpio will do that much ( unless its à new génération with "exclusive" games not on One )
