Uh excuse me? Maybe you should go back to the beggining of our conversation. I said that most of the missions in GTA V are dull and unapelling and when you are stuck in one of that tasks like driving to another area nothing interesting happens DURING that mission.

You missed my point and even show me one of the most dull and unappeling secondary missions in that game, wich all you need to do is get inside the truck and remove the bars.

This game is filled of scripted missions, yet you tell me that i should stay with linear games... I can tell you that i played linear games with more freedom than GTA V.

ok then tell me about these games that are so unscripted and do missions better than gta v. please enlighten me.

Well to be honest the mission design in GTA V is not good. It's just as bad as in GTA IV, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be a problem this time.
The only really good ones are the heists and the rest is your standard stuff. GTA V has IMO a huge problem with getting from point A to point B. You already want me to drive several miles to the mission starting point. Why do I have to travel across half the island again to get to the first mission objective? That's just boring and worse than in any GTA since it's also the biggest in terms of map size.

But yeah there are tons of games that do missions better than GTA V. Even among its clones (Saints Row & Sleeping Dogs).
To name a Rockstar game with better missions. Red Dead Redemption or Bully.
