I don't really understand the point of listing them below retail.  Any savvy eBayers that can explain?

1) It can be a scam

 

2) It may just be some cheap knockoff (description may give it off)

 

3) May be a person paying to have the switch preorder without having to shell out so much money. for example, you pay me $10 and i'll get you a switch preorder for regular price

 

4) they're secretly santa claus
