^^ Phantom Dust, Scalebound and Recore are games that should never have been greenlit in the first place.
What Obsidian seems to be describing is their own incompetence. Why MS even bothered with them is beyond any form of reasonable comprehension. They haven't made a good AAA game since KOTOR II. Fallout expansion packs do not count.
