It was at "more than" 8.7 as of what Jan 6th TOTAL. So while I do feel it will easily cross the 10mil mark. I do not think it is currently sitting at 10 or 11 million. Now will it outsell Halo 3..... that is a tough call but if it keeps selling well with the bundle and through out the next few years it is reasonably possible.
