Hmm, this is Nintendo. They are the kings of saving up money and not wasting anymore than they have to, so I don't think they will just throw money away on dlc (more costly dlc and not the typical free dlc they dish out, I mean). The 3rd party one could be the only logical option knowing their history. They will drop the console price when it needs it, and not a moment sooner, which I doubt will be in its first year.
