Nonsense. Disney makes whatever they want through other companies. Nintendo could make a subsidiary company. Or if Nintendo really wanted to stand tall they could make a Nintendo themed love hotel and I wouldn't be shocked in the least if it is jam packed constantly. They just wouldn't call it a love hotel. Alternative facts that thing and call it something ese.
