I live in mars and there is only one shuttle to earth per year, even tho I have alien powered internet of high speed. Digital is a must for me since I would buy games more than once per year.
The microsd will be always slower than the NAND soldered in the console mobo as internal storage, and a 256gb high speed microsd is 200 dollars. Here in mars the life expectancy is half the earth one due to low gravity and higher sun radiation health related complications, so cutting by half the loading times of breath of the wild is a must.
A 128gb with pro controller would be amazing for 400 dollars. While I would argue some would even see value for a 256gb with pro controller and breath of wild digital code and improved battery amperage for 500 dollars.
Renting the shuttle space from mars is expensive based on weight, putting a 300 dollars console vs a 500 dollar of same weight makes the difference negligible when you considering the importing costs mostly fall in fuel costs to mars. Also, the Federation of Mars impose a tax only after the import cost is above $500 for some reason, so the $500 is the sweetspot for people here. Also purchase of digital content trough internet are tax free due to incompentence of the Federation of regulating transactions through internet and only having a credit card related tax of negligible value.
Altough I have heard the Saturn United Rings impose tax above $400, so they may choose the 400 dollar version unlike me.
