No, if anything it's going to help Nintendo as it means more people are going to want to buy the service so they can play it. I mean the best part of Nintendo games are the online like with; Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Pokémon, Splatoon, Animal Crossing, Mario Maker, etc.
