You know most people tend to skim the non bold parts and read the bold instead? Bold isn't always necessary- if it was, you'd see journalists always use bold/italics/underline to get a point across, but it isn't necessary at all.
I think it is completely fair to criticize your posts if people tend to be dissatisfied with the way you write them. No one is exempt from criticism- not me, you, or anyone else. Instead of being offended by it, be like me and reflect upon criticism. It may make people like you a bit more, don't you think?
