Corrently no. But it seems like others have said that Joycons which are basically next gen Wiimotes have all the capiblity, and by some accounts by those who have used them have better fiedlity motion controls then the wiimotes, so it is basically pointless. Their may be an update in the future that allows them for multiplayer games, which will help. Because not all controllers need to have all that tech in them. Maybe hori or someone will make a Gamecube like joycon or pro controller without the bells and whistles and make it for $30 or so, i.e. the store brands.
