Its comparing how long it took for the Wii U to get important titles, and how the Switch is getting them all in less than a year.
The Lego comparision is dumb, both year 1, and the Switch version is just a port. Mario Kart, Zelda, Splatoon and 3D Mario in the same year? That's better than the entire Wii U release schedule.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
