Out of those three I would give Cyberpunk the best chance. A game of the generation should do something new and should impact the game industry. TLOU did that in a way by making arguably the best cinematic and by far the most convincing mature storytelling game. With characters which are actually relatable, which is still a standard yet to be topped. AAA games like Uncharted (4), Days Gone and God of War are trying to recreate the formula that made TLOU stand out, but it doesn't seem to impact games outside Sony. RDR is the Western game you always wanted and alongside with the Witcher III the prove that an RPG can have a deep (somewhat cinematic) and meaningful storyline and have interesting side quests.
Sequels to those games will not have the same impact on the industry anymore it will just be very good or great games. Zelda will undoubtedly be a great game, but it's impact will not reach much further than Nintendo since it includes new elements which already have been used in other RPG's. For now games that have a chance of making a positive impact for the game industry and I consider GOTG candidates:
- Horizon Zero Dawn (I can't think of a similar game)
- Cyberpunk (It's made by CD projects and is a new IP)
- Detroit become human (Butterfly effect in a mature series with mature themes Until Dawn was too light hearted)
- A new promossing IP
At the start of this gen I thought a game like Destiny would become GOTG but now I am not very sure anymore.
Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar
