After all, this is Nintendo we're talking about, the day they stop delaying key games is the day it snows in hell. XD

X2 looks like they put the original engine functioning on the Wii U, similar to TWWHD. It is pretty believable to see them releasing in 2017.

Even with engine development taken care of, it would be unusual for a HD open world game to be completed in two years.
