The audio tracks are included on all the gamecards of BOTW. But you cannot choose them ingame. You have to set the language of your OS to japanese if you want Jap VO, but text will also be in Kanji. Meaning: English Text and Jap VO is not possible.

So, importing them will have the same issue as being bought at home.

Are you absolutely sure this is how it works? I'm fluent in Japanaese so I don't mind Japanese text, but I don't want to buy the English version and then be crap out of luck because I can't get Japanese audio no matter how I do it.
