All they did was take the Wii remotes and put it on a handheld, again, it's not innovative, it's actually something we've seen.

And just because it's the first to do something, doesn't mean it's innovative.

You need to review your definition of innovation. 

They weren't even the first. There's a tablet from a company called Aikun that features the exact same "removable side controller feature" that was shown off at an expo in 2015. So unless your definition of "innovative" is applying other peoples ideas you can't even patent, then it can't be considered "innovative".
