I doubt it for one. The 3DS is actually not in mid-generation but at the end of it life, it's going to be 6 years old in a few days. If you are talking about a third game the "Stars" rumor it may but seeing there might be a chance that it will be a 2018 release I doubt it. Plus they may not do a thrid title like they ditch "Z".
