You don't think that platform exclusivity has anything to do with increased hardware sales?
So you're saying that MGS4 on the PS3 would sell no more consoles than if MGS4 were debuting on both the 360 and PS3.
Just clarifying that.
If we see a significant spike in PS3 hardware sales the week of June 12th, you can still fall back on the claim that all those people were just waiting for the return of the 80GB model because they all wanted PS2 BC, but that would be the thinnest of arguments.
If the 80GB MGS4 bundle doesn't move, then consider the game a marginal hardware seller at best.
