But does it though? We haven't yet seen the main culprits for slowdowns like Blackbelly Skatepark, Rainmaker, and Bomb Rush, and who knows what of the new stuff causes issues. I imagine the ink cloud could be a culprit as well as possible AI bots increasing the number of characters on a map beyond the typical 8.

Docked mode is more than twice as fast as portable mode, so if it's 720p/60fps portable, docked mode at 900p should be a breeze.
