I haven't seen The Big Bang Theory in ages, and, to be frank, I'm not too interested to watch its newer seasons. The King of Queens wasn't top-tier, but it had its funny moments, so it's the one I prefer over the other one. I liked Doug, but for some reason I disliked Deacon.
