My only problem with Zelda Breath of the wild

I don't think so,  works for a lot of games. It's not to play the game just with melee attacks, that mechanic works if you're stuck and you want to stun the enemy to run and come back later.

A lot of games have severe exploits as a result tbh, BOTW is built around managing your inventory as resources and going by the videos the's always something around you can use or pick up every now and then so the is no excuse to have just one weapon, anyone rushing into battle recklessly with out carefully considering if they have enough in their inventory pretty much deserves to get destroyed. Eventually you'll get the Master Sword anyway which most likely won't break.
