I do not know the Japanese Tax System, I just know the different between EU and US. US prices are typically (Insert Price so 299.99) + Tax = Total Price.

While EU is Price listed is Total Price. 

Wikipedia says there is 10% tax in Japan, so it would still be only €270 with tax included.

Oh well, I'm probably wrong again. I know nothing about economics :/
