I feel this way time to time as well, namely in 2016, 2016 gaming made me so jaded (Namely after Uncharted 4, nothing appealed to me). Towards the end of the year I started liking games more and more (You honestly can tell when I am enjoying games more in the PS Trophies and when I am jaded again).

Still a lot of the bigger titles for the PS4 while I support them, and buy them, do sometimes feel like a chore to play, and I prefer smaller titles the problem is, unlike the PS2, the smaller titles are not as numerous as they use to be (I have Yakuza 0 to play soon, so woot), and are in generally in the form of super low budget indies, which usually make a lot of strange mistakes.

Don't get me wrong, I like my PS4 (Never getting Xbox One), but honestly speaking of Japanese support disappears from the modern consoles (Note when I say Japanese, I do not mean Westernized Japanese Games), I would as well.

As for the Switch, My relationship with Nintendo is of that Casual Nintendo Fan, I play the games super casually and end up enjoying them, namely when I am not in the mood to play on the TV.

My rant is done.
