Seems more fake to me, Mario is power-ups, not health bars! But perhaps like with Sunshine and Fludd, the living cap can be somewhat like a power-up.

Im sure there will be power ups like the Fire Flower and stuff. I didnt see any health bars in the Odyssey trailer.
