How many unannounced Switch games are in active development? Discussion

They literally brought a guy out who said, "yeah, I was talking with some indie guys the other day, so now I'm thinking about making a game for the Switch." They revealed SMT and said it was in "early development".

And, of course, they've been milking the Zelda excitement since the Wii U reveal.

No More Heroes 3 and SMT aren't Nintendo's IPs. 

And the NMH part was poorly translated, who knows what he actually said. 

I didn't say they were.  The fact remains, however, that Nintendo brought them out to show off that the system had games and to excite fans.
