"Nintendo, unlike Sony and especially Microsoft, don't tend to show off games that are 1-2 years away or ones that excite fans and then never come out."
They literally brought a guy out who said, "yeah, I was talking with some indie guys the other day, so now I'm thinking about making a game for the Switch." They revealed SMT and said it was in "early development".
And, of course, they've been milking the Zelda excitement since the Wii U reveal.
