I guess retailers could sell it for 300€ but just want 330€ now since they know they will still sell enough of it at launch (and if pre-orders would decrease too much they can still reduce it before launch). Then when sales will decrease after launch they will ask the same as the Dollar price, so pretty much how Sony does it as official recommended retail price between North America nad Europe. 

Nintendo just doesn't tell retailers in Europe an recommended retail price so that retailers try to squeeze some extra profit out of it.

I think that isn't the problem because it will change to the good from alone but I think the price in general is too much. Should be 50 bucks less also in USA.
