Nintendo subscription (ex-online MP). How much should we give Nintendo?

If Nintendo wants to charge a subscription fee, they better leave online multiplayer alone. If it's just for discounts and VC games, fine, but I'm not paying for accessing parts of the game I've purchased already. That's theft.
