They have $10-20 eShop titles and at retail they have games at $40-60.

I think its very possible that we see more of these $40 games like Captain Toad & Kirby Rainbow Curse to go along with $60 titles like Breath of the Wild or Xenoblade X.

Yes but those take either indie or Wii U teams to make those games. What I am proposing is that ALL their 3ds software teams work on games that look like what a true 3ds successor would look like (making the games cheaper and quicker to make, less expensive to sell, and drain the battery life less).
