It's my fault for not even realizing who I was responding to lel. Some of what I said can still apply to your post, and while I haven't played it, from what I remember seeing The Conduit controls the same as the Wii shooters I have played, slow turning all the same. I never denyed that Wiimote is better for aiming because it is better.
