Based on the teaser video, which is just that, an early teaser to create hype, if we assume Scorpio has 12GB RAM and a 6TFlop GPU, then it would stand to reason that what was unknown, the CPU, is at least one of the components that was beefier than what he expected.
Considering at the very least, he must have expected Jaguar at PS4 Pro clocks or better, odds are good its not Jaguar but a newer CPU arch like Excavator or Ryzen. Jaguar or Puma doesn't seem "beefy" at all for a Scorpio spec'd console.
Sounds like MS may have the first box checked off, now to work on the second box. A beast of a machine will sell millions of consoles early on, but without continuous quality games to back it up, sales will slow much quicker than they would like.
