The Switch's gimmick is portability, and Nintendo handhelds have never had this kind of game bundles like the Wii or the WiiU had. Plus, there is no need for those kind of tech demos for the Switch. If I had to guess, I'd say they won't bundle a game at launch. The most it can happen is they'd give you one or two codes of the WiiU remasters on the deluxe bundles.
