If you liked dark souls 3 than Bloodborne is an obvious choice. The Witcher 3 and Divinity Original Sin enhanced edition are also great, although the latter has to be your taste. The Witcher 3 was my first Witcher game and I really enjoyed it after watching the cutscenes and reading a few background stories of the former entries.
