I mean, I could make a fake leak right now that Retro's new game is Diddy Kong Racing and will be revealed at the Switch event, and it could still come true in spite of my leak not being genuine.

There is absolutely zero chance wiiu version is going to be cancelled or even was at the time the OP was created. 

I dunno, I personally give it about a 90% chance of getting canned, due to the Wii U already being swept under the rug, the lack of a commitment to March meaning it could come well after Wii U's replacement, the performance issues in the U build, the fact they've already broken multiple promises in regards to BotW, and Nintendo wanting people to forget about Wii U and buy a Switch. I would love to be wrong though.
