Because if that's all then I don't see how this will have any serious effect on game development...I'm not hugely knowledgeable when it comes to this sort of thing, but I imagine most of the work when going from one spec to another would be things like geometry, texture quality, effects settings, draw distances, ect. Resolution and AA seems to be minor issues compared to the rest of that.
