Yes it has. The specs are below the expectations of most gamers, and the articles leaking said specs got millions of views. Obviously not every consumer attends internet forums, but word spreads, as it did with Wii U and Xbox One. Guy who posts on IGN, VGChartz, or Eurogamer is hanging out with his mates. Topic of Switch comes up. Guys tells his mates, "nah, not really worth getting one, it's really weak".
