Could be for the week in question, but overall it seems to be correct, official Sony numbers put it at "over 50 million sold through" as of December 6th, that's about one million more in ten days, seems more than reasonable, even with margins counted.
OT: 360 on fire in Japan, I wonder if it's the same dude every week who goes and buys one 360 in all of Japan.
