Yeah right, so if Wave Race blue storm would have looked like an N64 game and had the same physics, people would have enjoyed it the same. Good one, dude, that's priceless.

Just say it already, it will do you some good I promise say it :"graphics are important, graphis matter", just stop the hypocrisy.

I know that every console don't need to have the same power, the One is fine being underpowered in comparison to the PS4. But if the Switch is really what Eurogamer says it is, it will barely be more powerful than a ps3 or 360. the WiiU was already a generation late, and soon the switch will be 2 generation late.

This is getting ridiculous.

I would totally be fine with it if the switch wasn't the only option available, but Nintendo is not releasing another home console, they are just out of the market. And no I don't think that's a good move or something I want, having a shared library, a shared architecture, a shared OS between home and handheld was a great idea, but having just one device replacing 2? No, it won't work, and you'll see, Nintendo will announce another device that goes along the switch in a year or two tops, but until then, their market shares are going to sink.

N64 may be extreme since that was such early/basic 3D that most games look like shit in retrospect but if GC was closer to DC than yes Wave Race would still have looked/played great.

Yes graphics matter, I was explaining to you that when people say they don't they aren't trying to say graphics never need to advance, just that it's not the be all, end all of what makes a game great.

And that's not true that Switch will be barely more powerful than PS3/360, it has been explained 1000 times on this site by now, GFLOPS are not the only thing that dictates how powerful a device is and that you can't just look at the numbers and assume the higher one is better. The Switch CPU & GPU are much better than PS3/360, along with 8x the amount of RAM.

It might not be something you want but the likelihood of Switch selling well with the current concept is far greater than it likely would as a PS4/XBO clone.

Let me resume what you said :  "power doesn't matter, but it matters, but it's alright if the Switch is underpowered, but it's not, because we said it isn't."

Am I the only one seeing this? I mean when I said that Nintendo fans don't make sense anymore I didn't thought someone would run to give me an example.

You're going to have to pick a position. I know it's hard but look at me, I did it. Took me 3 years after buying a Wii, but I realized that the "graphic doesn't matter is just a way of lying to oneself"

When you end up playing Mass Effect, and batman Akham Asylum while your Wii is collecting dust because you don't give a crap about New super Mario bros because you played this game on your Supernes 12 years ago, that's when it strikes.
