Actually, if you watch the One S teaser/preview video, the start of it, and the end of the Scorpio video, look like they are the same video, just split into two. I think the console is actually the One S the entire time, and they just wanted something as a visual teaser for Scorpio, so they just used the second half of the One S video for Scorpio.
Now it's completely possible they also did this on purpose, because they could be planning on making Scorpio look extremely similar, if not identical, to the One S, so MS wouldn't be showing you anything that wasn't untrue.
